About us
We make funny stuff, mischievous stuff, weird and sometimes plain batshit stuff, for TV and digital platforms. And one thing we love to do is smuggle a bit of purpose inside the trojan horse of comedy.
And by 'we' I mean Michelle Singer, Director of Production, and Stu Richards, Creative Director.
We're called Rockerdale because that's what Stu thought everyone in his home town of Rochdale referred to the town as but it turned out it was just him and his two mates.
Anyhow, it all started in 2017 with the commission of Bobby & Harriet Get Married - a perfect union of our scripted and unscripted sensibilities. Then came Brad Boyz, a Channel 4 sitcom, CJ & Megan Get Married for Quibi (RIP), a couple of award-winning series of Mission: Accessible for C4 digital, a Rosie Jones chat show called Dine Hard and now The Assembly, coming soon to BBC One. Have a look at all that and our other stuff on our Shows page.
If you're reading this and you have money, get in touch. There's a Rockerdale show for pretty much every genre or platform... if you're open to some mischief.
If you're reading this and you're after the dream job, get in touch. We're always looking for magnificent bastards to help us cause chaos.
Oh, one more thing: disability. As one of the few disabled-led companies in this game we make it our business to find the very best disabled talent around. If that's you, please do get in touch.
